The only thing stressful about your next adventure should be whether you packed enough snacks. So, we’ve put together these trusty FAQ’s. All you need to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.
HOW MANY PASSENGERS CAN FIT IN THE VANS?
11 VIP guests per van a.k.a. you and all your ready-to-rip friends.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Our rate is $120 per hour. However we understand all adventures are unique so feel free to reach out with any questions.
CAN WE GO OFF ROAD?
Yes. Off road is our happy place.
BIKES? YOU BET
We have a Bike rack that holds up to seven and room for a few more on the roof!
CAN I BRING MY PET?
Dogs, cats, canaries? Absolutely. If it’s one of the exotic varieties often found being posed with in Tinder pictures, we may draw the line. Either way, give us a heads up if you plan on bringing a furry or feathered friend.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF HOURS I CAN BOOK FOR?
2 hours is our minimum booking time. But how crazy can an adventure get in less than 120 minutes anyway? On second thought, don’t answer that.
WHAT KIND OF VEHICLE WILL I BE IN?
The creme de la creme of 4x4 vehicles, otherwise known as an 11 passenger 4x4 Mercedes Sprinter van.
WHAT SORT OF GEAR/LUGGAGE CAN I BRING WITH ME?
We’ve got storage inside and out. Skis, boards, bikes, large luggage, and most other sports equipment can be accommodated. If you’re planning on bringing a serious amount of gear let us know in advance and we’ll call in the Sherpas.
CAN I RENT A VEHICLE AND DRIVE IT MYSELF?
No, and trust us you don’t want to. Our drivers have local's knowledge and dad jokes for days. Plus, they’re really good at not getting stuck in the mud and snow.
DO YOU HAVE ANY DISCOUNTED RATES FOR LARGER BOOKINGS?
We’re always open to discussing alternate rates and arrangements, just give us a shout.
IS THERE WIFI OR WASHROOMS ON BOARD.
Follow your mom’s age-old advice and be sure to use the washroom before road trips, including this one. There’s no washroom on board. Also, no wifi, but the view out of our observation deck puts even the best memes to shame.
CAN WE CHANGE OR CANCEL OUR PICKUP DETAILS?
You can cancel or change if you give us 48 hours' notice. After 48 hours, no dice and unfortunately, no refund.
MAY I SMOKE IN THE VEHICLE?
Smoking is a no go. All you’ll be inhaling when you ride with us is the fresh mountain air.
IS THERE EXTRA CHARGE FOR BAGGAGE OR EQUIPMENT?
No. If you’re anything like us your gear is the first thing you’d grab from a burning building. We can’t bring ourselves to charge extra for possessions that prized.
Disclaimer:
Please note there’s no way to guarantee your gear will be totally protected when using our racks. We drive through some rugged terrain, so the exterior is exposed to the elements and whatever else nature may throw at it. Small scratches, rubbing or chips can happen. We’ll do our best to protect your beloved gear but we take no responsibility for damage to your bike or skis.
